“Harlow AC would like to say a massive thank you to the medical team at Health and Fitness Solutions in London for helping our athlete Mark Harris through his recent injuries. Mark fell off a steeplechase barrier in training a few weeks ago and had developed a suspected stress fracture in his foot. Mark was seen at the Health and Fitness clinic by Musculoskeletal Podiatrist Wayne Edwards and Physio Nick Critchley who performed a video gait analysis and core stability assessment. Wayne and Nick have provided advice in respect of Marks rehabilitation, areas of core strength and balance to focus on. Mark is also being referred by the clinic for an MRI scan and assessment by Consultant Orthopod Sam Singh at London Bridge. Marks coaching is undertaken by our very experienced specialist Nat Fisher at HAC and we wish Mark well for this years track season”
